Account Executive

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive and Account Executive with a Solutions engineering and solution sales background who will be part of our sales team working on leads generated by our SDR, Inbound and Outbound teams as well as generating some of their own. This person needs to be able to understand customer needs and pain points and be able to demonstrate a solution to solve their needs using our products.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at mid-sized and enterprise companies
  • Perform product demos using web tools to customers and prospective clients
  • Develop solutions to pain points and present those solutions
  • Drive opportunities and maintain a pipeline to close consistently above quota
  • Enlist the support of the marketing team, product specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with deal sizes ranging from $50K to $1M+ annually and a quota of above $500K annually.
  • Background in selling to developers/engineering departments/CTO/CIOs
  • Strong understanding of solution sales – and being able to understand pain points and present solutions using products.
  • Ability to do a high-level demonstration of our products both as in use by end users as well as the back-end. Experience demonstrating SaaS products in the past essential.
  • Ability to build relationships and create differentiation with competition using the information and training provided.
  • This position will be based out of our office in San Jose

Compensation

Salary + uncapped commission. Medical / dental / vision, holiday, paid vacation, PTO, and 401 (k) plan.

Business Development Representative

Bitbar, The Mobile DevOps Company, automates mobile build, test, deployment and monitor processes for Global 2000 enterprises. Our 200+ customers include global names from the leading brands in their respective industries such as Google, Microsoft, Square, CBS Interactive, Groupon, Rovio, and TomTom. Bitbar has offices in the United States, Finland and Poland and we are now looking for a new Business Development Representative to join the team in Helsinki, Finland.

The BDR plays an invaluable role in our sales organization by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline. The BDR works closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, campaigns and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong command of spoken and written English. Other languages such as German and Spanish are a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience from Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development in a tech company
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Technology
  • A hunter with high energy and thick skin
  • A confident & direct personality that presents well, has a solution-oriented sales approach, can thoroughly qualify opportunities and tactfully handle objections
  • A coachable team player

DevOps / Automation Engineer

Job Description

As a DevOps engineer you will be working closely with our DevOps teams in Europe to automate the management and provisioning of Bitbar Testing (aka Testdroid) platform. The role requires previous experience on Linux and OSX and previous experience on Android and iOS are a plus, but we can train you to have the necessary knowledge about the tools and frameworks we are using.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with systems and IT operations.
  • Experience with configuration management and automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
  • Knowledge of running internet web servers (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, security, hardening, encryption standards)
  • Ensure that our hardware, software and the overall system architecture are secure, reliable, scalable, fault tolerant and efficient
  • Automate server (AWS) and mobile cloud testing farm provisioning
  • Architect and automate zero-downtime software deployments
  • Architect and implement the monitoring and alerting systems of various components
  • Good experience with Linux shell and scripting languages
  • Understanding of VMs, linux containers and their applications.
  • Ability to use a wide variety of (open-source) technologies and tools.
  • Able to select, deploy and maintain the tools required to optimize our development processes.
  • Comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment cycles.
  • Excellent communicator in fluent spoken and written English.

Job Description

To advance our world domination plans, we’re looking for a good, senior backend developer. We’re currently utilizing a modern stack consisting of Go, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, Linux, OSX, Redis and Apache Cassandra with some Python and Bash glue to drive a 100% uptime, fully automatized solution. If these tickle your soul, and you’re also self-driven and want to work in a startup environment and have your work have clear, immediate impact, you may be the person we’re looking for! Your responsibilities would include driving the development of the backend, developing APIs and participating in devops (but not at night!), and being the person responsible for the technical solutions.

Requirements:

Bitbar Operations Specialist

We are now growing our team in Wroclaw and looking for a Bitbar Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a Talented and proactive Operations Team member which promptly reacts in order to help us to provide prompt and adequate support to our customer issues, we look for persons willing to learn new things in the OPS / DevOps area with experience in running IT services at a professional level.

Job Description

As Member of the Bitbar Operations Team you’ll do:

  • Maintenance of production infrastructure
  • Monitoring of the services and recognition of patterns that will soon escalate to problems
  • Deployment of Testdroid Products to production environments
  • Maintain and extend monitoring tools and Dashboards
  • Maintaining and Improving environment for automated regression tests
  • Coach other members of the Operations team
  • Come up with new solutions in order to reduce manual work and increase effectiveness of the services
  • Support our development team on fixing issues by providing them all needed information and pairing with them till solution is found

Requirements:

  • Openness to work on different technologies (Android / Linux – MacOSx / iOS)
  • Knowledge and experience on GNU/Linux system administration, in details: shell scripting, network and Services configuration
  • Knowledge of the network services and capability to analyze logs in search of problems or signs of faults
  • Knowledge on System Virtualization (vagrant, LXC, VirtualBox, VMWare)
  • Knowledge and experience on administration and monitoring of services:
    • HTTP (nginx, Apache Tomcat), MQ, DB (MySQL, Redis)

Test Automation Engineer/Trainee

Bitbar is looking for a Test Automation Engineer/Trainee to create value for Testdroid customers! You will create test automation solutions for customer’s applications and services.

About You
You are graduated or at the final quarter of your studies. You love working with people and technology. You are clear, patient and fluent in your communication both verbally and written. You love to work as part of the team, but are able to get things done independently if needed. Your way of working is well organised and you’re motivated by the high customer satisfaction. You don’t necessarily need to be a seasoned expert yet, but for sure you want to be one.
