Account Executive

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive and Account Executive with a Solutions engineering and solution sales background who will be part of our sales team working on leads generated by our SDR, Inbound and Outbound teams as well as generating some of their own. This person needs to be able to understand customer needs and pain points and be able to demonstrate a solution to solve their needs using our products.


  • Prospect, develop, and close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at mid-sized and enterprise companies
  • Perform product demos using web tools to customers and prospective clients
  • Develop solutions to pain points and present those solutions
  • Drive opportunities and maintain a pipeline to close consistently above quota
  • Enlist the support of the marketing team, product specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.


  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with deal sizes ranging from $50K to $1M+ annually and a quota of above $500K annually.
  • Background in selling to developers/engineering departments/CTO/CIOs
  • Strong understanding of solution sales – and being able to understand pain points and present solutions using products.
  • Ability to do a high-level demonstration of our products both as in use by end users as well as the back-end. Experience demonstrating SaaS products in the past essential.
  • Ability to build relationships and create differentiation with competition using the information and training provided.
  • This position will be based out of our office in San Jose

Business Development Representative

Bitbar, The Mobile DevOps Company, automates mobile build, test, deployment and monitor processes for Global 2000 enterprises. Our 200+ customers include global names from the leading brands in their respective industries such as Google, Microsoft, Square, CBS Interactive, Groupon, Rovio, and TomTom. Bitbar has offices in the United States, Finland and Poland and we are now looking for a new Business Development Representative to join the team in Helsinki, Finland.

The BDR plays an invaluable role in our sales organization by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline. The BDR works closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, campaigns and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong command of spoken and written English. Other languages such as German and Spanish are a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience from Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development in a tech company
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Technology
  • A hunter with high energy and thick skin
  • A confident & direct personality that presents well, has a solution-oriented sales approach, can thoroughly qualify opportunities and tactfully handle objections
  • A coachable team player

Bitbar Operations Specialist

We are now growing our team in Wroclaw and looking for a Bitbar Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a Talented and proactive Operations Team member which promptly reacts in order to help us to provide prompt and adequate support to our customer issues, we look for persons willing to learn new things in the OPS / DevOps area with experience in running IT services at a professional level.

Job Description

As Member of the Bitbar Operations Team you’ll do:

  • Maintenance of production infrastructure
  • Monitoring of the services and recognition of patterns that will soon escalate to problems
  • Deployment of Testdroid Products to production environments
  • Maintain and extend monitoring tools and Dashboards
  • Maintaining and Improving environment for automated regression tests
  • Coach other members of the Operations team
  • Come up with new solutions in order to reduce manual work and increase effectiveness of the services
  • Support our development team on fixing issues by providing them all needed information and pairing with them till solution is found


  • Openness to work on different technologies (Android / Linux – MacOSx / iOS)
  • Knowledge and experience on GNU/Linux system administration, in details: shell scripting, network and Services configuration
  • Knowledge of the network services and capability to analyze logs in search of problems or signs of faults
  • Knowledge on System Virtualization (vagrant, LXC, VirtualBox, VMWare)
  • Knowledge and experience on administration and monitoring of services:
    • HTTP (nginx, Apache Tomcat), MQ, DB (MySQL, Redis)
    • AWS (OpsWorks, VPC, RDS, …)
    • ActiveMQ
  • Knowledge on system configuration management (Ansible, Chef)
  • Python / Ruby

Welcome optional skills:

  • Knowledge and experience on Mac OSX systems / Xcode internals
  • Data aggregation tools (Log Stash Elastic Search)
