Few days ago, we compared the app robustness on the latest Android and iOS versions – Android 4 KitKat and iOS 8. While the findings are quite intriguing, quite a few comments we’ve received reveal a higher interest in seeing how Android 5.0 Lollipop is compared to iOS 8 – on every perspective. We will soon get you there, as we have made Android 5.0 Lollipop available on our Nexus devices at Testdroid Cloud.
The good news actually arrived last night that the official Android Twitter account (@Android) announced the rollout of Android Lollipop and the availability on most Nexus devices.
Giving evidence of the availability, Google also updated Factory Images for several Nexus Devices. Take a quick overview as below:
Although the latest Nexus smartphone – Nexus 6 and the old flagship – Nexus 4 are still missing in the table, you can already get and enjoy Android 5.0 Lollipop if you own one of above listed devices.
At Testdroid Cloud, Android 5.0 is already accessible with a valid license (Nexus 5 is the first device that gets Android 5.0 and more Lollipop devices will be available). So back to the opening, we will soon provide you the comparison on every perspective between Lollipop and iOS 8. Stay tuned.
